Antioch Gets New Pastor

  The Rev. Cooper P. Abrams III has been called as the new pastor of Antioch 
Congregation Christian Church, Windsor. 

  Rev. Abrams is a recent graduate of Piedmont Bible College, Winston-Salem, 
N.C., where he received his Bachelor of Theology degree. 

  He and his wife, Carolyn, and their son, Bryan, age 17, are originally from 
Rocky Mount, N.C.  The Abramses will reside in the church parsonage at 46 N. 
Court St., Windsor.

His parents, C.P. Jr. & Cora Isabelle (MURPHY) ABRAMS, are buried in 
   Pineview Cemetery, Pinetops, Edgecombe Co., NC.

His paternal grandparents, C.P. Sr. & Lela Bland (MORRIS) ABRAMS, 
   are buried in Greenwood Cemetery, Tarboro, Edgecombe Co., NC.

His maternal grandmother, Emma Christine (HAMILTON MURPHY; Mrs. George W.) 
   COLTRAIN, is buried with her second husband, also in Pineview Cemetery.
