He was a native of Isle of Wight County, and the son of the late Charles William Atkins and Missouri Holland Atkins. He was a member of Antioch Christian Church and was a retired farmer. Survivors include a sister, Cora A. Bradshaw of Windsor. The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. today in Antioch Christian Church Cemetery by the Rev. Mark Buckner. Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home has charge of arrangements. The family will be at the home of his sister, Route 3, Box 25-B, Windsor. ****************************************************************************** Charles Atkins A funeral service for Charles Hubert Atkins, 81, of 3640 Nansemond Parkway, was held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Antioch Christian Church Cemetery by the Rev. Mark Buckner. Pallbearers were Randolph H. Gardner, Leslie Spiers, William H. Felton, J. Richard Brown, Fred M. Minchew, and Harry D. Loving. The Sidney F.
