Atkins Buried Sunday Robert Armistead Atkins, 74, prominent farmer of Isle of Wight, died suddenly Friday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock at his home in Windsor. He was a member of Golden Rule Camp, Woodmen of America. He is survived by two daughters, Miss Ora Atkins, of Windsor, and Mrs. Elmer Fair, of Baltimore; two grandsons, John Randolph Rose, Jr., of Windsor and Dewey Fair of Baltimore.
