JACK CLINTON ARRINGTON

   WINDSOR, VA. - Jack Clinton Arrington Sr., 74, of 14 E. N&W Street, a 
retired farmer, died Aug. 21, 1988, in a Suffolk hospital.

   Mr. Arrington, a native of Isle of Wight County, was a member and deacon of 
Windsor Baptist Church.  He also was a member of Central Hill Hunt Club.

   Survivors include his wife, Frances Holland Arrington; a daughter, Faye A. 
Beale; a son, Jack C. Arrington, Jr., all of Windsor; four grandchildren; and 
one great-grandchild.

   The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Windsor Baptist Church 
by the Revs. Clarence Moore and H.B. Fisher.  Burial will be in Beaver Dam 
Baptist Church Cemetery, Isle of Wight County.  Friends may join the family at 
the residence.  Memorial donations may be made to the Windsor Volunteer Rescue 
Squad.  Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, is handling arrangements.
