BILLY ANDREW "PETE" BABB 

  WINDSOR - Billy Andrew "Pete" Babb, 79, of 11 Bank Street, died Monday in 
Leigh Memorial Hospital, Norfolk.

  Born in Isle of Wight County, he was a retired farmer and a member of 
Western Branch Baptist Church.

  Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Marie Duck Babb; a daughter, Mrs. Margaret 
B. Dick of Courtland; two sons, Andrew T. Babb of St. Augustine, Fla., and 
John R. Babb of Suffolk; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

  A funeral will conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Sidney F. Harrell Funeral 
Home, Suffolk, by the Rev. H.B. Fisher.  Burial will be in Windsor Cemetery.

  The family is at the home of Ms. Selina Clements, 26 Court St., Windsor.
