            James Allen Babb. 
      (Special to The Times-Dispatch.) 

  Windsor, Va., March 2.- James Allen Babb, a prominent farmer, died last 
night at his residence in the county.  He leaves a widow and one son, S.E. 
Babb, of Boaz, Va.  Mr. Babb was a deacon in Colosse Baptist Church.  His 
funeral will be held on Tuesday at 11 o'clock from his old church, with 
services conducted by Rev. J. L. King, pastor.
