Bittle, 88, of Windsor, [who] died early Friday morning after an illness of several months, will he held this afternoon at 2 p.m. in the chapel of the W.J.M. Holland and Sons funeral home in Franklin, with the services being conducted by the Rev. B.A. Riddle, pastor of the Windsor Baptist Church. Mrs. Bittle was the widow of William Bittle and the daughter of the late Wiley C. [sic; T.*] and Jane Bradshaw of Isle of Wight County. A member of Antioch Christian Church, she is survived also by a number of nieces and nephews. ****************************************************************************** Mrs. M.S. Bittle, 88, Buried Recently Mrs. Maggie S. Bittle, 88, resident of Windsor community, died at her home December 16, 1955, after several months of illness. She was the widow of William Bittle, and daughter of Wiley C. [sic; T.*] and Jane Bradshaw of Isle of Wight County. She was a member of Antioch Christian Church. She is survived by a number of nieces and nephews. The body was taken to the W.J.M. Holland and Sons Funeral Home in Franklin, where funeral services were conducted Sunday at 2 P.M. by the Rev. B.A. Riddle, pastor of the Windsor Baptist Church. Burial was in Windsor Cemetery. Pallbearers were Charlie Holland, Billy Holland, Bobby Holland, Sidney Crocker, Jake Bradshaw and Frank Brown.
