FRANK BUTLER, 76, DIES LAST NIGHT 

Retired Isle of Wight Farmer To Be Buried At Antioch 

  Frank Butler, 76, retired farmer of Isle of Wight county, died last night at 
the home of a son, L.W. Butler, 224 Caroline avenue.  He had been ill several 
days. 

  Surviving Mr. Butler are two sons, L.W. and H.F. Butler, both of Suffolk; 
and two sisters, Mrs. M.A. Griffin, of Windsor, and Mrs. L.J. Cutchins of 
Nansemond. 

  Funeral services will be held Friday at 3 p.m. at the R.W. Baker & Co. 
funeral home on North Saratoga street with the Rev. Dr. John G. Truitt 
conducting the service.  Burial will be in the cemetery at Antioch Christian 
Church, Isle of Wight county.

  Suffolk, Sept. 23. - Frank Butler, 76, died Wednesday night at his home, 224 
Caroline avenue, after a long illness.  Surviving him are 2 sons, H.F. Butler 
and L.W. Butler; two sisters, Mrs. M.A. Griffin of Windsor, and Mr. L.J. 
Cutchin of Nansemond. 

  Funeral services were conducted Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the funeral 
home of R.W. Baker & Co., by Dr. John G. Truitt.  Burial will be in Antioch 
Christian Church cemetery.
