JASON FITZUE BUTLER

   WINDSOR - A funeral service for Jason Fitzue Butler was conducted Wednesday 
at 3 p.m. in W.J.M. Holland & Sons Funeral Home, Franklin, by the Rev. Harold 
Rumfelt of Windsor Baptist Church and the Rev. B.C. Akers of Western Branch 
Baptist Church.  Burial was in Beaver Dam Church cemetery.

   Pallbearers were William Saunders, T.O. Jenkins, Charles Carson, Rawls M. 
Bradshaw, Sam Butler Jr., Robert Butler, Billy Barrett and Reuben March.

   Butler, 66, died Monday morning in a Franklin hospital.

   He was the husband of Mrs. Clara Boyett Butler and a son of David Lisbon 
and Mrs. Ada Judkins Butler.

   A native of Nansemond County, he was a member of Windsor Baptist Church. 
He was a painter.

   Besides his widow, surviving are a son, Charles Butler of Carrsville; a 
sister, Mrs. Margaret Ann Howell of Franklin; and four brothers, Herman Butler 
of Carrsville, Harry M. Butler, and Flippo J. Butler of Portsmouth, and Samuel 
F. Butler of Franklin.
