Butler and daughter of William and Mrs. Martha Turner Duck, died at a Norfolk hospital Wednesday at 4:35 a.m. She is survived by eight daughters, Mrs. Melvin Boyette, Mrs. Trofen Nekoloff, Mrs. Wesley W. Franklin, Mrs. Leonard Hurt Sr., Mrs. Charles R. Ross, Jr., Mrs. Anthoney Scalzi, Sr. and Mrs. Marvin Vick, all of Norfolk, and Mrs. Leroy Gragg, of Savannah, Ga.; three sons, Linwood W. Butler, Randolph Butler and Robert E. Butler, all of Norfolk; a sister. Mrs. Cora L. Lavinder, of Norfolk; two brothers, John W. Duck of Lynchburg, and Stephen H. Duck of Washington; 20 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Mrs. Butler was a native of Isle of Wight County, and had been a resident of Norfolk for 36 years, residing at 1305 W. 49th St. She was a member of Antioch Christian Church. Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home Friday at _ p.m. Burial will be in the Antioch Church Cemetery. [Margaret Frances (DUCK; Mrs. William J.)
