Mrs. N. L. Bowden Of Windsor, Va., Buried Monday 

  Mrs. Nannie L. Bowden, 65, widow of R.M. Bowden, died Saturday morning at 11 
o'clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. M.M. Roberts in Windsor, after a 
short illness. 

  Surviving her are four daughters, Mrs. Rufus Powell and Mrs. John Joyner, of 
Hampton; Mrs. W.F. Hargrove of Newport News; Mrs. M.M. Roberts of Windsor; 12 
grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. D.R. Smithson of 
Norfolk, and a brother, G.F. Johnson of Norfolk; and several nieces and 
nephews. 

  Funeral services were conducted Monday at 5 PM at Antioch Christian Church 
with the Rev. T. Fred Wright officiating.  Burial was in the church cemetery.
