ALLEN PRESTON BEALE 

ALLEN P. BEALE BURIED IN WINDSOR TUESDAY, AUG. 17TH 

  Funeral services for Allen Preston Beale, of Windsor, who died suddenly at 
the home of his son were conducted Tuesday at 3 p.m. at the family residence 
in Windsor, with the Rev. T. Fred Wright, officiating, assisted by the Rev. 
W. Carroll and the Rev. R.R. Brittle.  Burial was in Windsor Cemetery.


Allen Preston BEALE, of Windsor, wholesale-supply house clerk, 
b. 20 Jul 1887*, Nansemond Co., d. 15 Aug 1943, at son's home, Nansemond Co., 
interred in Windsor Cemetery*, 17 Aug 1943, 
"The Smithfield (VA) Times," Vol. 26, No. 22, Aug. 19, 1943

His parents are also buried at Ivy Hill.

He m. Marion L. Joyner, of IoW.Co., dt/o Charles & Anna, 20 Feb 1909, 
   at the Methodist parsonage in Gatesville, Gates Co., NC.
