  Mrs. Leafy Wills Bailey, 67, wife of Lorenzo Bailey, died December 15th 
at her home in Windsor after a long illness. 

  She was a daughter of the late Octavius Wills and Mattie Bradshaw Wills. 

  Survivors are her husband; a daughter, Mrs. J.S. Cobb Jr. of Newport News; 
a son, C. Fred Bailey of Windsor; two brothers, A.O. Wills of Norfolk, and 
N.W. Wills of Sedley; three sisters, Mrs. J.G. Roberts of Windsor; Mrs. M.D. 
Boone of Norfolk, and Mrs. Raby Beale of Franklin; a granddaughter Carolyn 
Carolyn [sic] Cobb of Newport News, and two grandsons, James Leonard Cobb 
and Charles Sidney Cobb of Newport News.

The 1910 Census (Windsor, IoW.Co.) shows the couple m. 1 year, with no 
   children; I have not located the m.rec.

Her parents m. 23 Jan 1879.  (Southampton Co. MB3:419)
