Mrs. Lucy Bell's Funeral Tomorrow 

  Funeral services for Mrs. Lucy Vaughan Bell, 75, who died yesterday at noon 
at a local hospital, will be held tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Baker 
Funeral Home. 

  The Rev. Julian S. Hopkins, pastor of the First Baptist Church, will 
officiate at the services.  Interment will follow in Whitehead's Grove 
Cemetery at Chuckatuck. 

  She was the widow of John W. Bell of Isle of Wight County and the daughter 
of William Henry and Martha Pollard Vaughan of Nottoway County, Virginia. 

  Survivors include a son, Ryland D. Bell of Suffolk; five granddaughters, 
Mrs. Richard Mitschow of Buffalo, N.Y., Mrs. S.A. Robbins, Jr., of 
Thomasville, N.C., Misses Mary Alice, Carolyn and Catherine Bell, all of 
Suffolk; several nieces and nephews. 

  She was a member of the First Baptist Church and the King's Servants Class 
of that church.

a local hospital, are to be held this afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Baker 
Funeral Home. 

  The Rev. Julian S. Hopkins, pastor of the First Baptist Church, is to 
officiate.  Burial is to take place in Whitehead's Grove Baptist Church 
Cemetery.
