Bracey Jr., 77, of Richmond, died Monday, April 29, 2002. The graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Antioch Church Cemetery. Colonial Funeral Home, Smithfield, is handling arrangements. ****************************************************************************** CLYDE A. BRACEY JR. Clyde A. Bracey Jr., 77, passed away at McGuire Veterans Hospital in Richmond, on April 29, 2002. Clyde was a native of Isle of Wight County. He was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran having served in World War II. He retired as a bond broker. He was the son of the late Clyde A. Bracey Sr. and Gladys G. Bracey. Clyde is survived by his daughters, Teresa Van Dyke of Florida and Suzanne French of Richmond; five grandchildren; six sisters, Frances B. Gray, Glenda B. Carr and Barbara B. Redd, all of Windsor , Leona B. Jones of Suffolk, Janice B. Scott of Smithfield, Betty Ann Richardson of Virginia Beach; and two brothers, Ben F. Bracey of Suffolk and Shirly Tyrone Bracey of Windsor. A graveside service with military honors will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Antioch Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the McGuire Veterans Hospital Patient Care Fund at 1201 Broad Rock Blvd., Richmond, VA 23249. Colonial Funeral Home, Smithfield, is serving the family.
