BROCK Suffolk, May 24 - Dr. Leslie C. Brock, 64, one of the leading physicians of Tidewater, native of Isle of Wight County, and for the past twenty-two years Mayor of the town of Smithfield, in Isle of Wight died this afternoon, following a stroke of paralysis yesterday.    Dr. Brock, who was born near Whitehead Grove Baptist church in 1873, was the son of the late Robert Brock, also a native of Isle of Wight. He had practiced medicine in Smithfield for the past thirty years, and the mute evidence of his popularity in his town was evidenced by his re-election as Mayor for twenty-two successive years. He was a member of the Baptist church, and of Smithfield Lodge No 18, A.F. & A.M.    He was active in all that related to the growth and progress of his community, and was a member of the Virginia Medical association he is survived by his widow, who was Miss Lelia Minton, and a brother, C.C. Brock of Newport News. Funeral services will be held on Thursday morning at 11 o'clock at the Smithfield Baptist church.  Interment will be made in Ivy Hill Cemetery. Dr. Leslie C.
