Ms. Barrett formerly worked for Pope's Grocery Store in Wakefield and for the Airfield 4-H Center; was a former member of the Wakefield Woman's Club; a member of the Virginia Fox Hunters Association; and a member of Antioch Christian Church, Windsor, Va. Barbara is survived by her parents, Maple T. Barrett and Fay B. Barrett of Wakefield; her sister, Dianna Sue Cash of Richmond; her brother, Maple T. Barrett Jr. of Wakefield; and her grandmother, Gertrude Bland Barrett of Carrsville, Va. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22, at Antioch Christian Church Cemetery, Windsor, Va., with the Rev. Mark T. Habecker officiating.
