BARRETT Funeral services for Mrs. Mattie D. Barrett, 77, who died July 11th, were conducted Saturday afternoon at Antioch Christian Church by Dr. I.W. Johnson, of Suffolk. Besides her husband, Robert H. Barrett, Mrs. Barrett is survived by three daughters, Mrs. O.E. Whitehurst and Mrs. Guy L. Webb of Norfolk, and Mrs. T.H. Strickland, of Windsor; four sons, J.C. Barrett, of Philadelphia; R.A. and J.A. Barrett, of Norfolk; and W.D. Barrett, of Zuni; one brother, C.M. Carr, of Norfolk; one sister, Mrs. Eva Harrell, of Holland; 31 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
