There were two deaths of well-known ladies in the county last night. Mrs. Jacob Bradshaw, a well-liked lady of Carrsville, passed away last evening. The funeral took place this afternoon from the Beaver Dam Baptist Church. The wife of Dr. Ferguson died last night at her home, near Holland. She was the fourth wife. The funeral took place to-day and was well attended. Pattie Elizabeth (GRIFFIN; Mrs. Jacob T.) GRIFFIN, was also a Confederate veteran - he & his bro Kenneth Raynor GRIFFIN served in A/18th VA Heavy Artillery. Their bro Rev. Dr. George W. GRIFFIN of TN served as a Confederate chaplain.
