MATILDA VAUGHAN FOWLER BRADSHAW

   WALTERS - Tillie "Pepper" Vaughan Bradshaw, 88, of Route 1, died Nov. 24, 
in a Suffolk hospital.

   Mrs. Bradshaw, a native of Isle of Wight County, was the widow of Johnie 
Bradshaw.  She was a member of Mount Carmel Christian Church.

   Survivors include a daughter, Esther Beale of Walters; a son, Jimmie 
Bradshaw of Virginia Beach; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

   The funeral was conducted Friday in Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, by the 
Rev. Robert Bennett.  Burial was in Beaver Dam Baptist Church Cemetery.
