ODDIE MUNFORD BARLOW 

MRS. ODDIE MUNFORD BARLOW, 87 

  Oddie Munford Barlow, 87, of the 100 block of North St., died April 28, 
1990, in a Newport News hospital.

  Mrs. Barlow, a native of Isle of Wight County, was a member of Smithfield 
Baptist Church.  She was the widow of James Clifton Barlow Sr.

  Survivors include a daughter, Nancy B. Edwards of Smithfield; a son, James 
C. Barlow Jr. of Atlanta; a sister, Alice M. Branch of Smithfield; a brother, 
Leslie M. Munford of Basking Ridge, N.J.; two grandchildren; and a great-
grandchild.

  The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Colonial Funeral Home by 
the Rev. Don R. Rhoton and the Rev. Warren F. Taylor.  Burial will be in St. 
Luke's Memorial Park.  Friends may join the family from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today 
in the funeral home.  Memorial donations may be made to Smithfield Baptist 
Church Educational Memorial Scholarship Fund, 100 Wainwright Drive, 
Smithfield, Va. 23430, or to the American Heart Association, Tidewater 
Chapter, 891 Norfolk Square, Norfolk, Va. 23502.
