Cobb, 81, of Zuni, VA passed away August 4, 2010. She was born in Isle of Wight County, the daughter of the late Estelle and William Arrington. She was a longtime member of Antioch Church in Windsor, VA. Mildred is survived by her husand of 63 years, Rufus Coston Cobb; daughter, Deborah Cobb of Portsmouth, VA; ; grandson, Matt Jensen and his wife, Michelle; great granddaughters, Lily and Charlotte Jensen; son, David Coston Cobb and wife, Jenny of Melfa, VA; step granddaughters, Heather and Tiffany Paul; 5 sisters; 1 brother. A funeral service will be held Saturday, August 7, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Dr., Suffolk, VA with Rev. Lindsay Poteat and Rev. Mark Habecker officiating. Burial will follow in the Antioch Church Cemetery. Friends may join the family Friday night from 7-8 p.m. at the funeral home and other times at the residence. Memorial donations may be made to the Antioch Church Building Fund at P.O. Box 36, Windsor, VA 23487 or the American Diabetes Association at 870 Greenbrier Tower II, Suite 404, Chesapeake, VA 23320.
