ZELMA JOYNER COPELAND

   WINDSOR - A funeral service for Mrs. Zelma Joyner Copeland, 83, was held 
Monday at 2:30 p.m. in R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home by the Rev. Conrad 
Cornelius.  Burial was in Oakland Christian Church Cemetery, Chuckatuck 
Station, Suffolk.

   Mrs. Copeland died Saturday in her home.

   A native of Isle of Wight County, she was the widow of Richard Henry 
Copeland.

   She was a member of Windsor Christian Church, its Martha S. Person Bible 
Class and Women’s Fellowship, the Young Heart Club, and Windsor Women’s Club.

   Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Marjorie C. Keeling; and a sister, Mrs. 
Alma J. Griffin, both of Windsor; and two grandsons.
