BARBARA THOMPSON CALDWELL

   WINDSOR - A funeral service for Mrs. Barbara Thompson Caldwell, 26, was 
held Sunday at 3 p.m. in Colonial Funeral Home, Smithfield, by the Revs. T.P. 
Reynolds Jr. and Herb Wyatt.  Burial was in St. Luke’s Memorial Park.

   Mrs. Caldwell died Thursday in Norfolk General Hospital.

   A native of Suffolk, who was the wife of Emory Caldwell and a daughter of 
Mrs. Mildred Garner Copley of Inez, Ky.

   She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.

   Other survivors include a son, Ricky Caldwell of the home; a sister, Mrs. 
Shirley T. Jones of Smithfield; a brother, Charlie J. Thompson III of Stony 
Creek; and paternal grandmother, Mrs. Sadie Thompson of Surry.
