  Suffolk, Va., Jan. 22.- The late prevalent weather conditions have brought 
about lung disease which is about epidemic.  The victims are passing away 
with a rapidity that is well nigh appalling.  There are five fatalities to 
tell about to-day - all women - and many others are ill.

  The funeral of Miss Sarah Conway, age 90, took place to-day from Christ 
Church, Smithfield, the rector, Rev. Scott, officiating.  She was a sister-
in-law of County Judge George R. Atkinson.

  SUFFOLK, VA., Jan. 22.-Special- [...] 

  The funeral of Miss Sarah Conway took place this morning from Christ church, 
Smithfield.  She was about ninety years old, and was a sister-in-law of County 
Judge George R. Atkinson, of Isle of Wight.

Her sister Georgianna & husband Hon. George Robert ATKINSON have a monument
