Carr Child Dies; Funeral Tomorrow 

  ZUNI - Funeral services for Brenda Anne Carr, one-year-old daughter of 
Lawrence B. and Shirley Griffin Carr of Zuni, will be conducted Friday at 
2:30 p.m. at the Purviance Funeral Home, Wakefield, by the Rev. Gerald Voye, 
pastor of Bethany Presbyterian Church, Zuni, and the Rev. Jeff Monroe, pastor 
of Rosemont Presbyterian Church, Bristol, Tenn.  Burial will be in Antioch 
Church Cemetery near Windsor. 

  The child died yesterday in a Portsmouth Hospital after an illness of four 
days. 

  Besides her parents, she is survived by her brother, Robert Lawrence Carr; 
her paternal grandparents, Mr, and Mrs. T.M. Carr Sr. of Zuni; and her 
maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Douglas B. Griffin of Windsor.

Brenda Ann Carr Buried March 10 at Antioch Church 

  Brenda Anne Carr, year-old daughter of Lawrence B. and Shirley Griffin Carr 
of Zuni, died on Wednesday, March 8, 1961, in a Portsmouth hospital after an 
illness of four days. 

  Besides her parents, she is survived by her brother, Robert Lawrence Carr; 
her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. T.M. Carr Sr. of Zuni; and her 
maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Douglas B. Griffin of Windsor. 

  A funeral service was held in the Purviance Funeral Chapel, Wakefield, 
Friday, March 10, at 2:30 P.M. by the. Rev. Gerald Voye of Bethany 
Presbyterian Church, Zuni, and the Rev. Jeff Monroe of Rosemont Presbyterian 
Church, Bristol, Tenn. 

  Burial was in Antioch Church Cemetery near Windsor.
