DOROTHY BOYKIN CARR 

  CARRSVILLE - Mrs. Dorothy Boykin Carr, 60, died early today (Tuesday) in 
Southampton Memorial Hospital. 

  A life-long resident of Carrsville, she was the widow of John Thomas Carr 
Jr. and daughter of the late Willie D. Boykin and Mrs. Mary Duck Boykin. 

  She was a member of Antioch Christian Church. 

  She is survived by four sisters, Mrs. George Carr of Carrsville, Mrs. George 
Cutler of Norfolk, and Mrs. Garland Duck Sr. and Mrs. John Warren, both of 
Franklin; one brother, Willie D. Boykin Jr. of Newport News; and several 
nieces and nephews. 

  A funeral service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in W.J.M. Holland 
& Son Funeral Home, Franklin, by the Rev. Edwin C. Thornton Jr.  Burial will 
be in Antioch Church cemetery.
