A native of Isle of Wight County, she was the widow of Chester L. Carr. She was the oldest living member of Colosse Baptist Church and was a member of its Woman's Missionary Union. She was also a member of the Young at Heart Senior Citizens Club, Windsor. Survivors include two step-daughters, Altha C. West of Colosse and Bernie C. Rose of Carrsville; a sister, Mildred A. Cobb of Zuni; and a niece, JoAnn Wagner of Columbia, Md.; six step-grandchildren; and 11 step-great- grandchildren. The funeral will be conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. in Purviance Funeral Chapel, Windsor. The family will be at the home of Mrs. Cobb, Rt. 1, Box 60, Zuni. Memorial donations may be made to the building fund of Colosse Baptist Church, Windsor, 23467.
