Carr, 79, prominent farmer of Collosse, died at his home Thursday afternoon at 5 o'clock after a short illness. He is survived by five daughters, Mrs. A.L. Duck, Mrs. W.L. Darden, Mrs. Billie Darden, Mrs. Reuben Spivey and Mrs. C.B. Rhodes, all of Collosse; four sons, T.H. Carr, G.W., J.H. and W.H. Carr, all of Collosse; 32 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held from the home near Collosse Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock by the Rev. J. Sidney Cobb. Interment will be in the family cemetery. John T.
