ROBERT EDWARD CARR

   Robert Edward Carr, 19 months old son of Mr. and Mrs. Bonnie H. and Erma* 
Lee Carr of 702 Clay Street, Franklin, died Thursday night at Raiford Memorial 
Hospital after a very brief illness.  Besides his parents he is survived by 
one brother, Shirley Carr, of Franklin and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John 
A. Carr of Walters.*

   Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon January 5, at 4 o'clock at 
Mt. Carmel Christian Church by Rev. Fred Wright.  Interment was in the Church 
Cemetery.

   Active pallbearers were Jimmie Bradshaw, Beale Stephens, Cecil Redd and 
Lonnie Carr, Jr.

*The cemetery list has his mother's name spelled Irma. 
   Robert was also survived by his paternal grandfather Samuel B. CARR; 
   his parents and both sets of grandparents are also buried there.
