Passed Away in Newport News 

  Mrs. Susie Vincent Crocker, 70, of Windsor, died Monday morning in a Newport 
News hospital after a long illness. 

  She was the wife of the late Raleigh E. Crocker and the daughter of the late 
James H. and Mrs. Alice T. Vincent. 

  She was a lifelong resident of Isle of Wight County and a member of Central 
Hill Baptist Church. 

  She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Ben F. Jones. Newport News; three 
sons, John R. Crocker, RFD, Ivor, Alfred E. Crocker, Windsor, Rev. James B. 
Crocker, Norfolk and eleven grandchildren. 

  Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 29, at 3 p.m. in Central Hill 
Baptist Church by Rev. J.R. Prince, pastor.  Interment was in the church 
cemetery.
