MARY EVA CRAWLEY*

   Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Eva Crawley of Carrollton who died Wednesday 
August 11th were conducted Thursday afternoon at Riverview Methodist Church at 
Carrollton by the Rev. H.B. Owen.  Burial was in the church cemetery.

   Active pallbearers were Andrew Reid, Percy Martin, Henderson Cutchin, 
Richard Latimer, Cleveland Murphy and B.J. Higgins.  The casket was covered 
with a pall of mixed flowers, ferns and gypsophila.  The choir of Riverview 
Methodist Church sang: "Safe in the Arms of Jesus" and "In the Sweet Bye and 
Bye."

   Mrs. Crowley is survived by her husband, Thomas Martin Crawley, of Battery 
Park, two sons, Mills Crawley of Battery Park, and Luther Crawley of 
Carrollton; five daughters, Mrs. Carry Reid, of Carrollton, Mrs. Percy Martin 
of Rescue, Mrs. Percy Hutchins of Newport News, Mrs. Henderson Cutchins of 
Rescue, Miss Leah Crawley of Carrollton; five brothers, John T. Fulgham of 
Carrollton, G.H. Fulgham of Norfolk, B.W. Fulgham of Smithfield, Jesse Fulgham 
of Newport News and Cleveland Fulgham of Philadelphia.
