HAZEL LEE CORLEW 

  Hazel Lee Corlew, 85, died Dec. 20, 2000.  Born on May 18, 1915, in Banning, 
Pa., she was the daughter of the late John Leshefkey and Maude Arlington Lee. 
She was a member of the Suffolk Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. 

  Survivors include her daughter, Thaya Henish of Sedley; son, James Corlew of 
Suffolk; grandchildren, Deborah Jones, Rebecca Andrews, Stephen Corlew; and 
great-granddaughter, Amy Barnes. 

  A memorial service will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of 
Jehovah's Witnesses in Suffolk by Ulysses Meely.  Burial will be in Windsor 
Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home 
today from 6:30 to 8 p.m.  Memorial donations may be made to the Kingdom Hall 
of Jehovah's Witnesses, 135 White Marsh Road, Suffolk, VA 23434.

She appears in the 1920 Census in Babbing Station, Perry Twp. (Prect. 4), 
   Fayette Co., PA, as Hazel Lashifky, age 4 & 7/12, with grandparents 
   James S. & Mary E. (SIMMONS) LEE. 

James & 3rd wife Mary are buried in Mount Washington Cemetery, Perryopolis, 
   Fayette Co., PA. 

Hazel's mother m. Robert Rufus CHRISTOPHER; she d. 31 Oct 1966 in Suffolk; 
   they are buried in Evergreen Memorial Park, Point Marion, Fayette Co., PA.
