JANIE B. WILLIAMS CRUMPLER 

Mrs. Robert E. Crumpler, 41*, died Wednesday night at 9 o'clock at her home in 
Zuni.  Besides her husband, she is survived by five children, John F., Robert 
E., Julian D., Christine and Turlianne; her mother, Mrs. Lillie* B. Williams, 
of Walters; two sisters, Mrs. Lillie Carr and Mrs. Virgie Carr, both of 
Walters, and two brothers, Dillard Williams of Winding Gulf, W.Va., and Roy 
Williams of Norfolk.

JANIE B. WILLIAMS CRUMPLER 

  Funeral services for Mrs. Janie Williams Crumpler, wife of Robert E. 
Crumpler and daughter of Mrs. Lula B. Williams, who died at her home in 
Zuni, Wednesday night were held Friday at 3 o'clock at Mount Carmel 
Christian Church, conducted by the Rev. R.H. Corbitt, the Rev. W.H. 
Buhler and the Rev. Elisha Bradshaw.

  Mrs. Crumpler is survived by her husband and mother; five children, 
John F., Robert E. Jr., Christine and Trulianne Crumpler; two sisters, 
Mrs. Lillie Carr and Mrs. Virginia Carr, of Walters,; two brothers, 
Dillard Williams, of Winding Gulf, W. Va., and Rollin Williams, of 
Norfolk.  Burial was in the church cemetery.

  Active pallbearers were J.T. Daughtrey, D.H. Howell, C.M. Joyner, T.W. 
Joyner, Percy Bradshaw, Ray Rainey, W.C. Andrews, and E.L. Bryant.
