MARY LYNNE DAVIS 

   SMITHFIELD - Mary Lynne Davis, 30, an executive secretary, died June 11, in 
a Newport News hospital.

   Mrs. Davis, a native of Portsmouth, worked for Virginia Specialty Shops. 
She was a member of Smithfield Church of the Nazarene.

   Survivors include her husband, Curtis D. Davis; a daughter, Ashleigh A. 
Davis, both of Smithfield; her mother, Jean S. Goodrich, and three sisters, 
Phyllis G. Cox, Marsha G. Lightsey and Robin G. Willet, all of Smithfield; 
maternal grandmother, Frances Sowards of Dendron; and paternal grandmother, 
Sarah E. Goodrich of Smithfield.

   The funeral was held Sunday in Colonial Funeral Home by the Revs. John 
Lightsey and Walter Criner.  Burial was in St. Luke’s Memorial Park.

   Memorial donations may be made to the building fund of the Smithfield 
Church of the Nazarene.
