Holland & Sons Funeral Home by the Rev. Edwin C. Thornton Jr. Burial was in the Beaver Dam Church cemetery. Pallbearers were Jack Duke, Jack Story, DeWitt Wright, John Ballard, C.L. Cunningham and Theodore Eason. Mrs. Daughtrey, 54, died Friday in a hospital. A native of Nansemond County, she was a daughter of John M. and Mrs. Mamie Gardner Darden and the wife of William Thomas Daughtrey Jr. She was a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church. Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Peggy Killingsworth and Miss Joetta Daughtrey, and three sons; William D. Daughtrey, Charles Lee Daughtrey, and James Edward Daughtrey, all of Carrsville; five sisters, Mrs. Alton Carroll of Lumberton, N.C., Mrs. Adrion May of Scotland Neck, N.C., Mrs. John Griffin of Portland, Ore., and Mrs. D.O. Wright and Miss Jennett Darden of Carrsville; four brothers, Joseph H. Darden of Mount Vernon, N.Y., John R. Darden of Courtland, Jethro Darden of Carrsville, and Morris Darden of Lumberton; her stepmother, Mrs. J.M. Darden of Carrsville; and seven grandchildren. [Elizabeth (DARDEN; Mrs. William T.
