         Isaac L. Daughtrey. 
   [Special to The Times-Dispatch.] 

  FRANKLIN, VA., November 15. - Isaac L. Daughtrey, twenty-three years of age, 
died at his home in Isle of Wight county, near Beaver Dam Church, at 3:30 
o'clock Sunday afternoon.  Mr. Daughtrey's death was not unexpected, as he had 
been dangerously ill for several weeks.  He is survived by his mother, two 
brothers and five sisters. 

  The funeral services were held at Beaver Dam Church Monday afternoon at 5 
o'clock.
