E. L. Drewery, 70, Of Central Hill Buried Today 

  E.L. Drewery, 70, of Central Hill community, Isle of Wight County, son of 
the late Edwin Lee Drewery and Susan Anna Drewery [sic*], died at his home 
early Monday morning. 

  The deceased is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Caroline Munford Drewery; 
two sons, Grover Lee Drewery of Richmond; Arthur Franklin Drewery of R.F.D., 
Windsor; four daughters, Miss Edna Drewery of Petersburg, Mrs. Emily Vreble 
[sic; Vrable], Mrs. Augusta Cerny of Norfolk, Mrs. Elizabeth Powell of 
Isle of Wight; one sister, Mrs. J.A. Munford of Smithfield; eight 
grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. 

  Funeral services are being held today (Wednesday) at 2:30 P.M. in the 
Central Hill Baptist Church.  The funeral procession will leave the Jones 
Funeral Home at 1:30 to go to the church. 

  Burial will be in Central Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
