Mrs. C. P. EDWARDS 

Smithfield, Va., April 29 - A funeral service for Mrs. Maggie Turner Edwards, 
69, who died Friday at her home in Albemarle County, will be held at 2 p.m. 
Sunday at Bullock Funeral Home here, with burial in Mill Swamp Cemetery.  Mrs. 
Edwards is survived by her husband, Carsie P. Edwards; two daughters, Mrs. 
Paul Jones, of Windsor and Mrs. C.A. Nurney of Ivor, and five sons, Perlie 
Edwards, of Smithfield; Clarence Edwards, of Washington; Frank Edwards, of 
Williamsburg; Leverette Edwards, of Franklin, and Carsie P. Edwards, Jr. of 
Windsor. 

Maggie (TURNER; Mrs. Carsie P. {Sr.}) EDWARDS, 
Sussex Co. native, d. 28 Apr 1950, at home, Albemarle Co., age 69, 
interred in Mill Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery*, 30 Apr 1950, 
"The Richmond (VA) Times-Dispatch," Apr. 30, 1950
