Mrs. Louise H. Elder 

  Mrs. Louise Hart Elder, 60, of 117 Windsor Manor, Windsor, died this morning 
in Louise Obici Memorial Hospital. 

  She was the wife of Clifton H. Elder and daughter of Mrs. Lula Passmore Hart 
and the late Thornton H. Hart.  She was a native of Lunenburg County and a 
member of Antioch Christian Church, the Ladies Sunday School Class and the 
Ladies Auxiliary of Transportation Unit.  She was a licensed practical nurse. 

  Besides her husband and mother, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Anne 
Elder Brown, of Bumpass, and Mrs. Mary E. Davis of Charlotte, N.C.; two 
sisters, Mrs. Myrtle H. Bridgforth of Farmville, and Mrs. Margaret H. Murch of 
New Kenton; four grandchildren. 

  A funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Sidney F. 
Harrell Funeral Home conducted by the Rev. R. Lindsey Poteat.  Burial will be 
in Kenbridge Cemetery in Kenbridge. 

  The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8 Wednesday night.
