Spivey, 1118 Rogers street, South Norfolk, after an illness of three months. He was a native of Windsor and had made his home in this section for the last three years. He was a son of the late Charles and Mrs. Mary E. Milby Fulgham and the husband of Janie T. Rawles Fulgham. Besides his wife he is survived by one daughter, Mrs. V.H. Spivey; two sons, C.E. and J.R. Fulgham, of Waverly; three brothers, C.R. Fulgham, Norfolk; A.J. Fulgham, Richmond, and Guy Fulgham, California, and one sister, Mrs. F.L. Joyner, of Smithfield. He was a member of South Norfolk Christian Church. Funeral services will be conducted this afternoon at 1 o'clock from the family residence of Rogers street, South Norfolk. Burial will be in the family lot at Antioch Christian Church, Isle of Wight County. John Allen FULGHAM, retired farmer, b.
