Fowler, 50 Died October 28th * * * Frank Linwood Fowler, 50, farmer of the Providence Methodist Church area, died October 28 at 1 A.M. after a long illness. A native of Isle of Wight County, he was employed by the Virginian Railroad for 13 years before moving to Nansemond County. He was a son of Frank R. and Martha Frances Britt Fowler of Isle of Wight County. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Bainer Boyce Fowler; two daughters, Miss Martha Frances Fowler and Flora Bainer Fowler, and a son, Frank L Fowler Jr. of Nansemond County; a sister, Mrs Martha Carr of Nansemond County and a brother, Willie R. Fowler of Zuni. Mr. Fowler was a member of Providence Church and its board of stewards and the Chuckatuck Ruritan Club. Burial was in the family cemetery near the church.
