C. Fuller, died after an illness of eighteen months at the home of her son-on-law, Robert Fleming, on Shenandoah Road Boulevard*.  Mrs. Fuller was born in Isle of Wight county November 11, 1837 and came to Newport News with her family in 1886, where she has since made her home. She was one of the oldest members of the First Baptist church of this city. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Robert Fleming, and a step-son, B. C. Fuller of Portsmouth. Martha A. Her mother had remarried, to a William MASLIN/MASSLING. *She appears with the family of son-in-law Robert GUNNING, in the 1900-10 Census in Newport News, and in the 1920 Census in Wythe Dist., Elizabeth City Co.
