All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/va/vafiles.htm ************************************************ REBIE SARAH HOLLAND FOWLER CAPRON - Mrs. Rebie Holland Fowler, 55, wife of William Henry Fowler, died Sunday at 8:15 p.m. at Raiford Memorial Hospital after a lingering illness. She was the daughter of the late Luther and Evie Bridger Holland of Isle of Wight County and a member of the Beaver Dam Baptist Church. Besides her husband, she is survived by four sons, William Holland Fowler, Elmo M. Fowler and Clifton Fowler, all of Capron, and Oscar F. Fowler of Alexandria; two brothers, Charlie S. Holland of Sedley and Fenton Holland of Holland; one half-brother, Frank Johnson of Franklin; two sisters, Mrs. Josie Ellis of Ivor and Mrs. Frances Arrington of Windsor, and one grandchild. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the W.J.M. Holland and Sons Funeral Home chapel by the Rev. William W. Stennett, pastor of the Capron Baptist Church, assisted by the Rev. Edwin C. Thornton, pastor of Beaver Dam Baptist Church. Burial was in the Beaver Dam Church Cemetery. Pallbearers were Everette Williams, Herman Butler, Sam Butler, William Darden, Charlie Arrington, R.L. Banty, David Banty and Robert L. Pope. Rebie Sarah (HOLLAND; Mrs. William H.)
