Frazier was born August 11, 1838, and died at his home, Walters, Va., February 20, 1920, aged 80 years. He was a soldier of the Civil War, and served the whole four years without a furlough. He was a member of Company E, of the 12th Virginia Infantry, Mahone's Brigade. He leaves to mourn his loss a wife and one son. He was a member of the Masonic Fraternity and the J.O. A.M. and both of these orders took part in his burial services which were conducted from Mt. Carmel Church by Dr. C.H. Rowland of Franklin.
