Alice Freeman 

  IVOR - Alice Faye Saunders Freeman, 49, of Railroad Avenue, died May 12, 
1992, in Southampton County.  A native of Isle of Wight County, she was the 
daughter of the late Charles Randall Saunders and Florence Joyner Saunders. 

  Survivors include two sons, Keith James Swinson of Suffolk and Roy Alan 
Swinson of Ivor; a brother, Charles R. Saunders Jr. of Smithfield; and four 
grandchildren, Candice Nichole Swinson, Victoria Lynn Swinson, Robert Coral 
Swinson, and Nikki Rae Swinson. 

  The funeral will be conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Larry Burkhart 
in Purviance Funeral Home, Wakefield.  Burial will be in Antioch 
Congregational Christian Church Cemetery, Windsor. 

  Memorial donations may be made to the Ivor Volunteer Rescue Squad, Ivor, Va.

Alice Faye Saunders Freeman 

  IVOR - Alice Faye Saunders Freeman, 49, of Railroad Avenue, died Tuesday, 
May 12, in Southampton County.  She was a native of Isle of Wight County and 
the daughter of the late Charles Randall and Florence Joyner Saunders. 

  Survivors include two sons, Keith James Swinson of Suffolk and Roy Alan 
Swinson of Ivor; a brother, Charles R. Saunders Jr. of Smithfield; four

Swinson and Nikki Rae Swinson. 

  A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 14, at the Purviance Funeral 
Home in Wakefield, officiated by the Rev. Larry Burkhart.  Burial was [in] 
the Antioch Congregational Christian Church Cemetery in Windsor.
