GEORGE N. GUY 

   George N. Guy, aged 68, for many years a well-known merchant here, died at 
his residence on Church Street Sunday morning at 3 o’clock.  Surviving are his 
wife, Mrs. Emily Goodrich Guy and several nieces and nephews.

   Funeral services were held at the Smithfield Methodist Church at 11 o’clock 
Tuesday morning with the Rev. H.S. Southgate officiating.  Burial was in Ivy 
Hill Cemetery.
