THREE CHILDREN IN THE COUNTY DIED LAST WEEK OF DIPHTHERIA 

  Three children in the county died the past week after a few days illness, of 
diphtheria.  Little Martha Virginia and Robert Gale, children of Mr. and Mrs. 
Crawley Gale, of Uzzells, Va.  Burial services were held at Uzzells Church 
Cemetery.

  Services for Raymond Crocker, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Crocker were held 
at Central Hill Cemetery.

b. 28 Nov 1926, Smithfield, d. 27 Nov 1929, Suffolk, 
interred in Central Hill Baptist Church Cemetery**, 29 Nov 1929,
