GINTER VIRGINIA BEACH - A funeral for Effie Ginter, 79, will be held Thursday at eleven a.m. in Beachlawn Baptist Church by the Rev. Allen M. Mullan. Burial will be at one p.m. in Antioch Christian Church Cemetery, Windsor. Ginter died Monday in a hospital. A native of Isle of Wight County, she was the wife of Richard V. Ginter. She was a graduate of Madison College and a member of Beachlawn Baptist Church. Other survivors include a sister, Mabel E. Twiford of Virginia Beach; and a brother, G. Robert Edwards of Windsor.
