Rev. E. B. White conducted the services, assisted by Rev. J. Sidney Cobb and Rev. Elisha Bradshaw. "Abide With Me" and "Some Time We'll Understand" were sung by the choir. Mrs. Allie Edwards and Mrs. Richard Eley sang "Beautiful Isle of Somewhere." The floral tributes were many and beautiful. The active pallbearers were: Messrs. Shirley Holland, Walter Jenkins, John Bob Griffin, Willie Gray, and Mrs. Griffin's four brothers, Messrs. Richard Rose, Randolph Rose, Frank Rose and Charlie Rose. Interment was made in the family square in the church cemetery. Maude (ROSE) GRIFFIN, in Holly Lawn Cemetery, SUFFOLK.
